Tell me about it...

So I just enjoyed reading a few blogs of family and friends. I can 100% relate to Anna's party of eight. Since this morning, here are a few singly insignificant things, yet when piled together they can become rather frustrating: On my way out the door, my cream of wheat exploded in the microwave...I put it in the sink and left for work; at school, I spent the entire morning in another teachers' classroom working out a few kinks and things for later this week. When the bell rang, I hadn't been to my classroom, the lights were off and I wasn't quite ready to start; Throughout the day, my students were just "off". I don't mean they weren't thinking or working hard because they were...I just mean - I had to remind the same five kids how to sit on the rainbow carpet (how long have we been doing this?) and I asked one student four times today to turn his voice off...OFF...not a peep! (it didn't help). After school I enjoyed some time with my sister at DSW shoes (FAB-U-LOUS). We hit a couple of other stores, too. When it was all said and done, I forgot that I couldn't buy clothes and shoes yet...priorities has been a trial of mine...shoes? food? (I used to pick shoes). Anyway...I made it home without incident. Luke is napping and I was enjoying blogging (as I said earlier). Since reading Anna's post, I forgot what the name of my blog was (duh!), I entered the wrong password...twice in a row, and I this entry is taking forever because I can't seem to get my fingers to work. I'm not complaining - I just find it humorous how many things (small things) can happen that make a seemingly perfect day a little less so. I think the weather is beginning to affect me in a negative way: I'm starting to close up and want to stay in bed where it's warm and cozy and quiet...Wanted: NANNY, just until Sprinter ends and Sprummer arrives. Pay: negotiable. Must be willing to teach Kindergarten, too.

Not really - I think a nap will suffice.

Sorry about your day! I can totally relate to the Spring fever thing! We keep getting teased with warmness! I know it will get hot soon and I will complain then too. Have fun with your friends tonight.

I laughed when I read this...in a good way. The flip flop back and forth in weather with spring teasers is KILLIN' me. I'm with Jill though, as soon as it gets monster hot, I'll be complaining about that too. If only it could stay 75 degrees with a mild breeze all the time. Hope you got that nap. ;-)
