I'd like to think I'm that super-fun mom who makes green breakfast, green lunch, and a green dinner on St. Patrick's Day. However, when it comes right down to it - I'm not. We DID enjoy green pancakes - somehow those silly leprechauns got into the pancake batter and turned it green while I was doing something else! Dinner could have been a traditional Irish meal of Corned Beef and Hash...or Cabbage Stew...but it wasn't.
We kicked off the grilling season with cheeseburgers, potato salad (which was tainted green by those darn leprechauns), fruit salad and potato chips!! It was great!
Bring on the warm weather and let the grilling begin!!!

Your kids are getting so big! good idea on the grilling. We started our grilling season a few weeks ago.
Yummy! Grilling season NEVER ends here...And Rich is a master at the grill. YOU however, are the queen of potato salad! I had soooooo much fun today. Can't wait to see you sporting your new things!
