I promise I won't subject you to this monotony forever; however, it's a fact that it takes 21 days to form a habit...so.......... :)
I made it out for a 40 minute walk this morning. My legs are still sore from days 1 and 2, so I thought a brisk walk would still qualify for exercise but less impact on my legs. I was enjoying myself so much I had to catch myself several times singing...not that anybody was around...but still.
On to the next!

good for you...i'm a slacker today. I couldn't eat this am because of C Scan,(can't walk, if I don't eat) and this pm felt rotten...better luck tomorrow. Keep me movin'
