So, here I am, enjoying a Sunday afternoon at home with my family. I finished an exciting project last night. I found a great farm puzzle for Luke. With 1000 pieces, I figured I could have it put together before I went back to school (two weeks). I DID IT IN 3 DAYS!!! Now, it's glued together and ready for a frame and nail. I thought it would be a great addition to Luke's wall. YEAH!!

Hey. I am glad you decided to keep the mixer...you will have it forever! I am glad there is another Mom out there who isn't a cookie genius. I have NEVER made a good batch from scratch. In middle school I accidently dropped a whole egg (shell and all) into the batch while it was turning. I just turned it on high for a long time and thought that would help. Those were some CRUNCHY cookies! Sorry to say I haven't improved much since then!
